PLEASE READ ACTION MAY BE REQUIRED As part of IntelePeer’s continued efforts to enhance and modernize our network infrastructure, we will be performing scheduled maintenance at our Chicago Data Center. This maintenance represents the first phase of our broader data center update and modernization initiative. Similar maintenances will be scheduled for our Denver and Dallas data centers at later dates, which will be communicated separately.
Maintenance Details: • Date: Sunday, September 14, 2025 • Time: 12:30 AM – 3:30 AM EST • Impact: Intermittent service impact for voice services utilizing our Chicago Data Center
During this maintenance window, customers utilizing voice services routed through our Chicago Data Center may experience intermittent service interruptions. To minimize potential impact and for customers who require 24hr availability, we strongly encourage the utilization of redundant voice trunking or alternate routing options where available.
For customers with redundant trunk configurations already in place, any impact is expected to be minimal, if any, as traffic should automatically fail over to these alternate paths during the maintenance window. Our teams will be closely monitoring all systems throughout the maintenance and will work to promptly address any issues that may arise.

• Hermes – Enhancements include new performance metrics, updates to experimental features, and fixes such as language detection to strengthen overall stability. This release also lifts previous character limits, improves handling of complex data, and enhances tracking for more reliable and consistent processing, even in error or timeout scenarios.
• Data & Insights – Expanded data enrichment and role-based features provide better visibility and more control. These updates make it easier to manage access and gain stronger insights.
• CPaaS – Monitoring capabilities have been expanded with new telemetry data and improved traceability across the platform. Updates also enhance integration performance, improve data handling, and strengthen workflow reliability.
• SMS VMs – Some SMS VMs are being migrated to upgraded infrastructure with full redundancy in place. This ensures there will be no service disruption during the migration while improving.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. Intelepeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.

• Hermes - Updates to Hermes will improve voice recognition accuracy and text-to-speech (TTS) performance. These enhancements provide clearer, more natural interactions and a smoother user \ experience.
• CPaaS - Addressing an issue where certain Spanish characters were not processed correctly and improved handling of results with nested data. Updates are being made to ensure system stability during errors or timeouts and to enhance overall workflow performance.
• Smart Communicator – IntelePeer will be releasing updates to Smart Communicator, along with new template options, tenant-level controls, and expanded integration for 10DLC information. This release also includes general bug fixes to improve notifications and navigation.
• Infrastructure Upgrades – Network enhancements include upgraded software and security layers designed to improve detection and strengthen overall system protection.
