Release includes the following:

• List Management - This update delivers a series of improvements to the List Management interface, enhancing overall usability, data validation, and consistency across list creation and management workflows for a more reliable and intuitive experience.

• Routing Engine - This update modernizes and strengthens our core routing infrastructure, optimizing call routing performance and reliability to deliver a more efficient and resilient experience.

• DNS Servers - IntelePeer will be upgrading its DNS Server software to improve overall reliability, performance, and security across our network infrastructure.

All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.

• AI Agents (DSO) - This release delivers significant reliability improvements to the AI voice agent experience for scheduling. It improves patient identity verification accuracy, and deliver clearer and more consistent end-of-call and transfer interactions.

• List Management - This update delivers a series of improvements to the List Management interface, enhancing overall usability, data validation, and consistency across list creation and management workflows for a more reliable and intuitive experience.

• SmartFlows - This release includes security, reliability, and usability enhancements to improve the overall flow building experience. It also includes text-to-speech caching and voice optimizations to improve audio performance and deliver a more seamless caller experience.
