Release includes the following:

• CPaaS - This release includes multiple updates to improve reliability, logging, and security across the platform. Enhancements include refined event and telemetry tracking, improved SmartFlow variable handling, and fixes addressing synchronization, special character processing, and data consistency.


All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. Intelepeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.

Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

Release includes the following:

• Agentic AI - Establishing a dedicated development environment and enhancing system flexibility through improved sub-module functionality and expanded API search capabilities. This update also includes integration of state management tools to strengthen the agent execution framework.

• Data & Insights - Smart Communicator data is now being staged as the first step toward inclusion in Smart Analytics analysis. Workspace structure has also been enhanced to improve navigation, discoverability, and overall usability.

• SmartFlows - This update enhances usability, reliability, and configuration efficiency, including improved error transparency for text-to-speech, flexible multi-PIN support, and stronger KPI data handling. Additional refinements to the UI, language encoding, and configuration validations ensure a smoother and more consistent SmartFlows experience.

• Mixins - Updated to improve performance, consistency, and maintainability. Enhancements include connecting to an upgraded data store, adding support for asynchronous API variable handling, simplifying service API URL structures, and standardizing log date formats for clearer traceability.

• Smart Communicator - This release includes enhancements to Smart Agent capabilities, updates to communication automation packages, and refreshed enablement materials. It also improves platform messaging, refines discovery and objection handling guidance.

• Voice Services Portal - Introduces foundational updates for upcoming 10DLC automation along with several bug fixes. This update also enables users to complete brand and campaign registration directly within the Portal through the new Campaign feature.

• VMware – Updating the software environment to improve system capacity, performance, and overall reliability.

• DNS Server - Maintenance updates DNS routing and adds public resolvers to improve reliability and resolution performance. This work will be performed with full redundancy in place to minimize any service disruption.

• CPaaS Mixins - Updated to integrate with the upgraded primary data store for improved performance and reliability. Enhancements include streamlined API handling, asynchronous variable support, simplified service URL patterns, and corrected logging date formats for consistency.
