Release includes the following:
• CPaaS - This update enhances call recording and improves overall system compatibility and reliability. It also expands OpenTelemetry capabilities for better event tracking and increases buffer capacity to improve throughput and call quality.
• Mixins - This release strengthens the Mixins service with more consistent API communication, improved JSON logging with accurate timestamps, enhanced asynchronous processing, and expanded text-to-speech support across multiple vendors.
• Smart Communicator - This release introduces a scalable, compliant multi-participant messaging experience, enabling teams to collaborate with customers more effectively. It includes coordinated updates across core components to ensure reliable, end-to-end performance.
• SmartFlows - This release introduces Global Reusable Flow templates, allowing teams to standardize workflows and deploy them across multiple customer accounts for faster onboarding. It also adds support for SmartCapture plans for SIP-only customers and removes deprecated integrations to streamline the platform.
• SMS Servers - This update will enhance group messaging capabilities. This work is designed to ensure traffic continues to run smoothly with no expected service interruption.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
IntelePeer's Infosec team will be conducting routine external vulnerability scans.

• Please do not make any changes in the Voice Services Portal during the Dallas infrastructure maintenance is underway on 4/19/26 (7am to 11am EST).
Changes made during this window risk being lost, applied incorrectly, or causing system instability. Hold all updates until maintenance is complete to ensure they take effect as expected.

Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
Release includes the following:
PLEASE READ ACTION MAY BE REQUIRED As part of IntelePeer’s continued efforts to enhance and modernize our network infrastructure, we will be performing scheduled maintenance at our Dallas Data Center. This maintenance represents the second phase of our broader data center update and modernization initiative. Similar maintenances will be scheduled later this year for our Denver and Dallas data centers, which will be communicated separately.
Maintenance Details:
Date: Sunday, April 19th, 2026 Time: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST Impact: Intermittent service impact for voice services utilizing our Dallas Data Center
During this maintenance window, customers utilizing voice services routed through our Dallas Data Center may experience intermittent service interruptions. To minimize potential impact and for customers who require 24hr availability, we strongly encourage the utilization of redundant voice trunking or alternate routing options where available.
For customers with redundant trunk configurations already in place, any impact is expected to be minimal, if any, as traffic should automatically fail over to these alternate paths during the maintenance window.
Our teams will be closely monitoring all systems throughout the maintenance and will work to promptly address any issues that may arise.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve the reliability and performance of our services. If you have any questions or need assistance preparing for this maintenance, please contact our support team at +1 (866) 780-8639 or support@intelepeer.ai
Thank you for your partnership. IntelePeer Operations
