Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

Release includes the following:

• IntelePeer will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade key components of our call routing infrastructure to a more modern and secure platform. During this window, customers may experience brief interruptions to voice services, and our team will be actively monitoring to ensure a smooth transition.


All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.

• SmartFlows - This release introduces the ability to search and rename variables directly within your automation flows, with all references updating automatically for a smoother and more consistent building experience. It also includes a reliability fix to ensure AI-powered actions within your flows continue to perform correctly when flows are redeployed.

• Mixins - This update enables MediaBridge text-to-speech support, delivering clearer, more natural-sounding voice responses within your automation workflows. This enhancement expands text-to-speech vendor flexibility and helps ensure a more seamless and resilient audio experience for your callers.
