Release includes the following:

• List Management – This update improves the reliability and usability of the List Management V2 platform. It includes enhancements to data accuracy, search functionality, and CSV uploads, providing a more consistent and dependable user experience.

• Smart Communicator – This release improves the reliability and usability of the messaging experience. New conversations are created more consistently across all inbox types, and messages sent through supervised inboxes are now correctly attributed to the sending agent for better visibility and reporting.

• SMS Routers - This update includes improvements to the accuracy and reliability of SMS message delivery reporting. It resolves an issue where delivery receipts were returning an unknown status, ensuring customers receive accurate and consistent delivery confirmations for their outbound messages.



All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.

As part of IntelePeer’s continued efforts to enhance and modernize our network infrastructure, we will be performing scheduled maintenance at our Denver Data Center.
This maintenance represents the second phase of our broader data center update and modernization initiative.

Maintenance Details:

Date: Sunday, July 19th, 2026
Time: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
Impact: Intermittent service impact for voice services utilizing our Denver Data Center

During this maintenance window, customers utilizing voice services routed through our Denver Data Center may experience intermittent service interruptions. To minimize potential impact and for customers who require 24hr availability, we strongly encourage the utilization of redundant voice trunking or alternate routing options where available.

For customers with redundant trunk configurations already in place, any impact is expected to be minimal, if any, as traffic should automatically fail over to these alternate paths during the maintenance window.

Our teams will be closely monitoring all systems throughout the maintenance and will work to promptly address any issues that may arise.

• Mixins - This update includes enhancements to the Mixins service to support improved reliability and performance as part of ongoing platform architecture improvements, ensuring more consistent and stable automation workflow processing.

• Voice Services Portal - This update includes enhancements to the Mixins service to support improved reliability and performance as part of ongoing platform architecture improvements, ensuring more consistent and stable automation workflow processing.

• Smart Communicator - This release includes reliability and usability improvements to the messaging experience, including fixes to ensure messages are correctly attributed and delivered across shared and supervised inboxes. It also includes enhancements to support multi-line business compliance, helping ensure messaging interactions are handled accurately and consistently for your teams.

• SMS - This update includes infrastructure improvements to the SMS service to enhance overall reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability, ensuring a more stable and consistent messaging experience.

• AI Agents - This release delivers enhancements to AI-powered answering machine detection, improving the accuracy and speed of identifying live callers versus voicemail systems during outbound campaigns. Updates include reduced response latency for live answer interactions and more reliable voicemail handling.

• Denver Switch - IntelePeer will be updating software on the Denver Switch as part of ongoing FCC compliance requirements. Any impact is limited to new trunks being built during the scheduled maintenance window and is expected to be minimal. Existing trunks and all other services will continue to operate normally.

• Dallas Switch - IntelePeer will be updating software on the Dallas Switch as part of ongoing FCC compliance requirements. Any impact is limited to new trunks being built during the scheduled maintenance window and is expected to be minimal. Existing trunks and all other services will continue to operate normally.
