Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
Release includes the following:
• Enhanced Reporting Action – The Available Variables section is now positioned at the top of the
Configurations Panel for easier metric management, and the KPI drop-down list is optimized for efficient
data access. The Labels input has been removed to streamline the workflow.
• Bug Fixes & UI Improvements – Resolved cursor inconsistencies in the Audio Settings pop-up, ensured
seamless functionality on the Metadata and Metrics page for smaller browser windows, and improved
pagination on the Flows page for accurate display updates when copying flows. Also,
addressed issues with the Menu Trees and DTMF.
• Optimized User Experience – Refinements enhance usability, providing a smoother, more intuitive
interface with improved accessibility and efficiency across reporting and workflow management.
• Switched Number Translation – Now available exclusively for Microsoft Teams-only customers.
• Enhanced SmartAgent Ordering – Customers can now order more than five numbers at once.
• List Management Restrictions – Read-only users can no longer make updates.

behavior, and silent caller input is no longer misinterpreted as a hang-up.

$TRANSFER_#.STATUS variable correctly populates the transfer status.
