Release includes the following:
• SMS Routers- This update includes infrastructure and platform improvements to the SMS service to enhance overall reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability, ensuring a more stable and consistent messaging experience.
• AI Agents - This release includes enhancements to the AI voice agent's ability to look up and manage patient family information. It improves the accuracy of multi-patient appointment workflows and ensures patient relationships are correctly maintained throughout the scheduling process, delivering a more reliable experience for healthcare customers.
• AI Hub - This update includes reliability and usability improvements to the Solutions Hub platform, ensuring a more consistent and responsive experience for users managing their AI voice agent configurations.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
• Smartflows Automation - IntelePeer will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance as part of our ongoing Denver data center modernization initiative, migrating core call processing servers to a more modern and resilient facility. This work has been carefully planned with full redundancy and traffic draining procedures in place to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the maintenance window.
