Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
• Chicago Switch - Chicago drive place holder replacement on the alternate node. No planned service impact during this activity. All systems will continue to operate normally, and the team will monitor the environment to ensure full stability throughout the maintenance.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.

• Core Infrastructure - IntelePeer will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade and modernize our internal service routing infrastructure. This update continues our ongoing platform modernization effort to improve overall reliability, resilience, and performance across our core network and application services. All work will be performed with full redundancy in place to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the maintenance window.

As part of IntelePeer’s continued efforts to enhance and modernize our network infrastructure, we will be performing scheduled maintenance at our Denver Data Center.
This maintenance represents the second phase of our broader data center update and modernization initiative.
Maintenance Details:
Date: Sunday, July 19th, 2026
Time: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
Impact: Intermittent service impact for voice services utilizing our Denver Data Center
During this maintenance window, customers utilizing voice services routed through our Denver Data Center may experience intermittent service interruptions. To minimize potential impact and for customers who require 24hr availability, we strongly encourage the utilization of redundant voice trunking or alternate routing options where available.
For customers with redundant trunk configurations already in place, any impact is expected to be minimal, if any, as traffic should automatically fail over to these alternate paths during the maintenance window.
Our teams will be closely monitoring all systems throughout the maintenance and will work to promptly address any issues that may arise.
