Release includes the following:

• Hermes - This update includes reliability improvements to the AI-powered voice experience, ensuring automated voice interactions flow correctly and consistently. It also includes a fix to improve the accuracy of real-time conversation transcription, ensuring spoken responses are captured completely and without interruption for a clearer, more seamless caller experience.

• DNS Servers - IntelePeer will be upgrading its DNS Server software to improve overall reliability and resolution performance.


All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.

• Mixins - This update enables MediaBridge text-to-speech support, delivering clearer, more natural-sounding voice responses within your automation workflows. This enhancement expands text-to-speech vendor flexibility and helps ensure a more seamless and resilient audio experience for your callers.
