Monitoring - Service has been restored for the affected Azure-hosted GPT-4o model AI agents. We are monitoring performance and continue to work with Microsoft. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Investigating - We are investigating an issue affecting some AI agents using an earlier version of the Azure-hosted GPT-4o model. Agents using newer versions are not currently known to be affected. We are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue and adjust routing to restore normal operation. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Release includes the following:

• SmartFlows Automation - This release includes usability and reliability improvements to the SmartFlows platform. It resolves an issue where flows stored in folders did not correctly display which version was actively deployed, giving users clearer and more accurate visibility into their flow status. It also introduces support for dynamic time zone handling per location, ensuring hours of operation are evaluated correctly for customers with offices across multiple time zones.

• SMS Routers - This update includes improvements to the accuracy and reliability of SMS message delivery reporting. It resolves an issue where delivery receipts were returning an unknown status, ensuring customers receive accurate and consistent delivery confirmations for their outbound messages.


All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.

• Core Infrastructure - IntelePeer will be performing the next phase of scheduled infrastructure maintenance as part of our ongoing Denver data center modernization initiative. This work continues the consolidation of servers onto newer, more modern equipment to improve overall reliability, performance, and long-term resilience of our network and platform services.
