Release includes the following:

• AI Hub - Added enhancements to improve consistency by simplifying service URL patterns and ensure logs record accurate date information. These changes help support clearer troubleshooting, better diagnostics, and a more reliable overall experience.

• Voice Service Portal - These enhancements simplify service URL patterns, improve real-time communication between components, and strengthen logging accuracy, supporting better visibility, diagnostics, and overall platform stability.

Updated Portal UI Experience - We’re introducing a refreshed Portal user interface (UI) that offers a more modern, streamlined experience. Starting today, the new UI will be the default view, and users can still switch back to the previous version.
Important: On February 26, the option to switch back to the previous version will be removed, and the new Portal UI will become the only available experience.

• Vertical UI - This update delivers a significant enhancement to Solutions Hub, enabling easier self-service and simpler configuration management at each location. It allows teams to control features, appointment policies, language prompts, and FAQ content, providing greater flexibility and consistency across locations.

• List Management - This update includes backend compatibility improvements, stronger validation to properly handle special characters, and enhancements to support the new Portal experience. Together, these changes ensure smoother editing, safer navigation, and a more reliable user experience when working with lists.

• DNS servers - Maintenance updates DNS routing and adds public resolvers to improve reliability and resolution performance. This work will be performed with full redundancy in place to minimize any service disruption.

• CPaaS - This update delivers a range of improvements to enhance system reliability, observability, and performance. Key changes include migration to updated monitoring functionality, enhanced event logging, fixes for action execution and buffer limitations, and multiple bug fixes addressing stability, race conditions, and message handling.

• Smart Communicator - This update introduces enhancements to support collaborative group messaging and improves access to shared and supervised inbox information. It also refines compliance-related user experiences and simplifies inbox onboarding, helping teams manage conversations more efficiently and with greater clarity.


All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
