Release includes the following:
• Insights – Updates include enhancements to reporting, allowing users to override fixed reports, and a new endpoint to support improved navigation for external displays.
• Agentic AI – Updates include improved Block Agent capabilities, agent search, intermediate streaming, session tracking, a new UI for managing agents, and various bug fixes with updated documentation.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. Intelepeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
