Release includes the following:

• Enhanced delivery receipt functionality provides better insights into SMS
delivery at the carrier level.

• Users can see not only if a message was delivered but also which carrier received it
(e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon).

• When available, the termination country of the message is also included.

• Updates to Menu Tree action and agents.

No planned service impact during this activity.
