Release includes the following:


• CPaaS - This release delivers security and reliability enhancements to the call processing platform, including improvements to how sensitive data is handled and protected during call sessions. It also includes a fix to improve how DTMF tones are sent during call transfers, ensuring smoother and more accurate call routing for your customers.

• Mixins - This update includes enhancements to the Mixins service to support improved reliability and performance as part of ongoing platform architecture improvements, ensuring more consistent and stable automation workflow processing.

• Voice Services Portal - This update includes enhancements to the Mixins service to support improved reliability and performance as part of ongoing platform architecture improvements, ensuring more consistent and stable automation workflow processing.

• Smart Communicator - This release includes reliability and usability improvements to the messaging experience, including fixes to ensure messages are correctly attributed and delivered across shared and supervised inboxes. It also includes enhancements to support multi-line business compliance, helping ensure messaging interactions are handled accurately and consistently for your teams.

• SMS - This update includes infrastructure improvements to the SMS service to enhance overall reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability, ensuring a more stable and consistent messaging experience.

• AI Agents - This release delivers enhancements to AI-powered answering machine detection, improving the accuracy and speed of identifying live callers versus voicemail systems during outbound campaigns. Updates include reduced response latency for live answer interactions and more reliable voicemail handling.


All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
