• Server Capacity Augments.

• DNS enhancements.

• Chicago SBC System log and resiliency testing.

• Enhanced Reporting and Customization: Monitor flow performance with the new Reporting action, using
KPIs or custom values.

• Voice and Speech Recognition updates for improved message delivery and speech recognition.

• Improved Usability and Flexibility: Percent Routing now accepts variables, Connected Flow fields
display flow names.

Minor disruptions could be experienced, but not expected.
