As part of our commitment to providing you with the highest level of service reliability and performance, we want to inform you about an upcoming maintenance activity scheduled for April 6, 2024. This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our network infrastructure and ensure its optimal performance.

IntelePeer has been dedicated over the past few years to upgrading customers from networks no longer supported by their manufacturers. If your service is identified with the nomenclature CHI4, DAL4, DEN4, CHI0, or DAL0, please be advised that your service will experience changes. We are moving customers from the Sonus GSX and Taqua T7100 networks to our more advanced and reliable Ribbon 7k switching network to ensure enhanced service continuity and performance.

Impact: This activity is designed with our commitment to minimizing service impact in mind. However, customers on IntelePeer's legacy network listed above will experience service interruptions starting at 8am MST on April 6, 2024. Service interruptions could vary between 1 and 4 hours during the scheduled maintenance window.
To determine if you may be affected, please log into the customer portal (customer.intelepeer.com), navigate to "Packages", and then to "Inventory". At the top click on "trunks" to see a list of your "Intelepeer Trunk Name" trunks.

Important Summary:
• If your Intelepeer trunk name begins with CHI4, DAL4, DEN4, CHI0 or DAL0, your service could be impacted.
• Please verify that your firewall is configured to allow traffic from IntelePeer's IP range: 68.68.112.0/20
• Changes to your dial string may be needed. Customers utilizing 11 digit dialing (Example: 18667808639) will be impacted. Intelepeer will ONLY process E164 standard (Example: +18667808639) or 10 digit standard (Example: 8667808639).

Preventative Measures:
Please verify that your firewall is configured to allow traffic from IntelePeer's IP range: 68.68.112.0/20.
Ensuring these IPs are not blocked by your firewall will help avoid any potential service disruptions during and after the maintenance window.
