This maintenance is a precautionary stability update and is not expected to impact customer traffic or service availability. Speech recognition and text-to-speech services will remain operational throughout the change, with full redundancy in place and active monitoring to ensure normal performance.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
