• Routing Engine - IntelePeer will be performing scheduled maintenance to upgrade core provisioning and routing infrastructure to a more modern and secure platform. This work is part of our ongoing commitment to improving overall system reliability, performance, and long-term stability of our network services. During this maintenance window, customers should refrain from making any trunk-related changes in the portal.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
