Release includes the following:
• Vertical - This release introduces new features designed to enhance both performance and usability. Updates include improved conversation handling for a smoother caller experience, direct KPI visibility within the agent, and UI enhancements in the Solutions Hub to support location selection and multiple TNs.
• Engage – Expanding database storage to support future growth and ensure continued stability and performance. This work will be performed with full redundancy in place, ensuring no service disruption while maintaining reliable operations as data volume increases.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. Intelepeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
