Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

Release includes the following:

• Hermes - This release adds MCP support for DSO, enabling Hermes to execute MCP tool calls while playing AI-generated audio. It also expands PCI “Press or Say” functionality to include Hermes and introduces support for an additional TTS vendor to increase flexibility and resiliency.

• CPaaS - This update modernizes call recording and improves overall system compatibility and reliability. The release also extends OpenTelemetry capabilities for richer event tracking and increases buffer capacity across CPaaS and AGI processing paths to improve throughput and enhance call quality.

• Mixins - This release improves the Mixins service with refined API communication, enhanced JSON logging with accurate timestamps, stronger asynchronous processing, and updated MediaBridge-based text-to-speech support with expanded vendor compatibility.

• Chicago Switch - Work being performed is part of FCC requirements. Any impact is limited to new trunks being built during the scheduled maintenance window and is expected to be minimal. Existing trunks and all other services will continue to operate normally.

• Dallas Switch - Work being performed is part of FCC requirements. Any impact is limited to new trunks being built during the scheduled maintenance window and is expected to be minimal. Existing trunks and all other services will continue to operate normally.

All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
