• AI Agents - This release delivers conversational flow improvements to the AI voice agent experience, including more natural appointment type navigation, faster and cleaner call transfer interactions, and enhanced handling of rescheduling requests. It also includes improvements to call flow accuracy to ensure callers are smoothly guided through their interactions without unexpected interruptions.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
