• Voice Services Portal - This release includes reliability and accuracy improvements to the portal experience. It resolves an issue where E911 type displays were showing inconsistently for Microsoft Teams Dynamic 911 configurations. It also includes fixes to improve portal navigation and search functionality.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
