• AI Agents - This release delivers enhancements to AI-powered answering machine detection, improving the accuracy and speed of identifying live callers versus voicemail systems during outbound campaigns. Updates include reduced response latency for live answer interactions and more reliable voicemail handling, resulting in a more natural and efficient calling experience for your customers.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
