Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
Release includes the following:
• Voice Services Portal – Updates include a modern, full-screen, and responsive UI with a new top navigation bar, providing a consistent, easy-to-use experience that highlights AI and automation features.
• CPaaS – Telemetry is being expanded to a subset of nodes, providing richer data points such as session details, timing, and identifiers. These updates improve monitoring, traceability, and overall system visibility.
• Engage – Expanding database storage to support future growth and ensure continued stability and performance. This work will be performed with full redundancy in place, ensuring no service disruption while maintaining reliable operations as data volume increases.
• List Management – Updates improve display and usability, including dropdown, scroll bar, and enhanced embedded app experience.
• SMS Router– This release includes initial updates to support the upcoming group messaging feature, fixes to ensure correct file delivery, and improvements to the messaging gateway and attachment handling for better performance and reliability.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. Intelepeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
