Release includes the following:
• Hermes - This update adds a clearer, more reliable DTMF-only mode, allowing keypad input to be collected without voice recognition or barge-in interfering. This update also includes behind-the-scenes improvements to strengthen processing limits and overall system stability.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
