• Hermes - The update is to improve IVR navigation, optimize text-to-speech performance and enable smoother background processing for a more seamless experience. These enhancements will help provide clearer, more natural interactions and a smoother user experience
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
