• Please do not make any changes in the Voice Services Portal during the Dallas infrastructure maintenance is underway on 4/19/26 (7am to 11am EST).

Changes made during this window risk being lost, applied incorrectly, or causing system instability.
Hold all updates until maintenance is complete to ensure they take effect as expected.

All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
