IntelePeer Insights Customers

IntelePeer is updating its portal “Insights” experience effective November 30, 2025. . We are making a change to our underlying visualization tool to improve functionality and capabilities. While this change is not a major update and will have zero impact to your data, the process for accessing and exporting reports may differ slightly from your current approach.

Effective November 30, 2025, if you actively access IntelePeer’s portal “Insights”:

• Your existing visualizations will still be accessible through the “Insights” tab on your IntelePeer portal and will have a new look-and-feel. No action is required.
• If you have an exported dashboard that is sent to your email, then a new schedule will need to be created for that dashboard to be emailed based on your delivery preferences.
• To help create a new schedule, please follow the link attached.
