Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

Release includes the following:

• CPaaS - Enhancement to the telemetry functionality. This update will improve system monitoring and
analytics, allowing us to provide better visibility into platform performance.

• Insights - Optimized data enrichment and navigation for easier access to key metrics and faster analysis.

• Voice Services Portal - New features and updates related to portal access, campaigns and the UI.

• Vertical Solutions: New functionalities include more enhancements to patient, location, and phone
number location features.

• List Management: Internal software updates and fixes related to List Management functionality.


All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. Intelepeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
