Release includes the following:

• CPaaS - This release includes reliability and stability improvements to the call processing platform. It resolves an issue that could cause instability during high-volume endpoint activity and ensures call flows gracefully handle incomplete routing configurations. It also includes improvements to the availability and accessibility of call recordings.

All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
