• CPaaS - This upcoming maintenance continues our ongoing improvements to call handling, telemetry, and overall platform resiliency. As part of this effort, key components will be upgraded and underlying services updated to further enhance performance and fault tolerance. Buffer capacity will also be increased across CPaaS and AGI processing paths to support higher throughput, improve call quality, and strengthen overall platform stability.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
