Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice
Release includes the following:
• SmartFlows – The underlying database is being upgraded to ensure SmartFlows and CPaaS AppAgent continue running smoothly and reliably. This work includes compatibility with the latest database version and is designed to maintain seamless operations. The upgrade will be closely monitored to ensure stability and performance.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. Intelepeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
