Release includes the following:
(8PM EST Start) • TLS: Performing internal maintenance to update and optimize our TLS configurations for continued security and compliance.
(12AM EST Start)
• CPaaS - Enhancements include automatic population of certain fields for improved workflow efficiency and integration of ElevenLabs text-to-speech capabilities into the SmartFlows platform. Improvements to the interface display and navigation and implement safeguards to prevent accidental loss of changes.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. Intelepeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
