Release includes the following:
• Engage - This maintenance includes updates to retry logic along with improvements across telemetry, data handling, and campaign management to strengthen overall platform reliability. Enhancements provide clearer visibility into system behavior, while UI refinements and targeted campaign fixes help deliver a smoother, more consistent experience for agents and administrators.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
