Upcoming scheduled maintenance notice

Release includes the following:

• CPaaS - This maintenance delivers continued improvements across call handling, telemetry, and reliability. It also increases buffer capacity across CPaaS and AGI processing paths to improve throughput, call quality, and overall platform stability

• Mixins - This update simplifies the AI Hub Service URL pattern to create a more consistent and predictable structure across services. Standardizing these endpoints reduces configuration complexity, minimizes integration errors, improves troubleshooting, and better aligns service patterns with broader platform standards to support future enhancements and integrations

• Voice Services Portal - This release makes it easier to understand what’s included in your subscriptions and how your products are enabled. The Portal will now clearly show the telephone numbers (TNs) included with SmartAgent and SmartOffice, along with any additional numbers you’ve purchased, so you can quickly see your total capacity in one place.

• SmartFlows - This release refines action labels used by Managed Services to improve clarity and consistency, making flows easier to configure and manage while reducing support overhead. It also includes UI work related to enhanced voice capabilities across several flow actions.

• Vertical UI - This release improves platform stability and consistency by enhancing proxy telemetry for better visibility, strengthening payload propagation, and refining SmartFlows integration with the new reusable agent framework. It also improves vendor timeout handling and continues standardizing DSO-related processing, with select planned DSO updates deferred.

• DNS Servers - Maintenance updates DNS routing and adds public resolvers to improve reliability and resolution performance. This work will be performed with full redundancy in place to minimize any service disruption.

All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
