Release includes the following:
• Operator Connect Trunks - As part of ongoing Microsoft Teams Operator Connect validation, we are aligning Calling Line Identity and privacy behavior across all North America trunks to ensure consistent handling of caller information and anonymous calls. This change is being completed with no expected downtime or service interruption.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
