• CPaaS - This update modernizes call recording and boosts overall system compatibility and reliability. It also expands OpenTelemetry support for richer event tracking and increases buffer capacity across CPaaS and AGI processing paths, improving throughput and enhancing call quality.
• Mixins - The Mixins service is now more robust, featuring refined API communication, enhanced JSON logging with accurate timestamps, stronger asynchronous processing, and updated MediaBridge-based text-to-speech support with broader vendor compatibility.
• Voice AI Services - Updates to AI-powered voice processing enhance automated speech recognition, real-time call handling, and AI-assisted customer interactions, delivering smoother performance in production environments.
• Chicago Switch - Work being performed is part of FCC requirements. Any impact is limited to new trunks being built during the scheduled maintenance window and is expected to be minimal. Existing trunks and all other services will continue to operate normally.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
