• CPaaS - This update modernizes call recording and improves overall system compatibility and reliability. The release also extends OpenTelemetry capabilities for richer event tracking and increases buffer capacity across CPaaS and AGI processing paths to improve throughput and enhance call quality.
• Hermes - This release adds MCP support for DSO, enabling Hermes to execute MCP tool calls while playing AI-generated audio. It also expands PCI “Press or Say” functionality to include Hermes (with follow-up SmartFlows and CPaaS deployments required) and introduces support for an additional TTS vendor to increase flexibility and resiliency.
• Voice Services Portal - This release refines service URL structures, improves real-time communication between platform components, and enhances logging accuracy to provide clearer visibility and easier troubleshooting. It also includes minor bug fixes and stability improvements to strengthen overall platform performance and reliability.
• Smart Communicator - This release introduces a compliant, scalable multi-participant text messaging experience that allows teams to collaborate with customers more efficiently. It required coordinated updates across backend and frontend components, SMS routing, SmartFlows configuration, new API integrations, and validation processes to ensure reliable end-to-end performance.
• SMS Router - This release addresses key issues identified during Group Messaging integration testing. Fixes improve message correlation ID consistency for external senders, ensure full group metadata is included when flows are triggered, and prevent potential duplicate flow executions in certain multi-participant scenarios. These updates strengthen message tracking accuracy and overall group messaging reliability.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
