Release includes the following:
• CPaaS - This release includes reliability and performance improvements to the call processing platform. It resolves an issue where call transfers could enter a retry loop after a caller disconnected, ensuring calls are handled cleanly and efficiently. It also includes improvements to call flow processing speed and enhanced integration with AI-powered voice interactions for a more responsive and seamless caller experience.
• Routing Engine - IntelePeer will be conducting scheduled maintenance to modernize and strengthen our core routing infrastructure, optimizing call routing performance and reliability to deliver a more efficient and resilient experience for your communications.
• AI Agents - This release includes reliability and compatibility improvements to the AI-powered voice experience, ensuring AI interactions are processed accurately and consistently. It also includes an upgrade to the AI service integration layer to improve overall performance and reliability of AI-driven voice conversations.
• Smart Communicator - This emergency fix release addresses an issue where new messages would stop appearing after the application had been open for an extended period. It also includes a fix to ensure media files and attachments load correctly after periods of inactivity, delivering a more reliable and uninterrupted messaging experience for your team.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
