We have identified an intermittent header issue impacting a subset of calls. A fix will go in tonight. Customers may encounter intermittent call processing issues with calls traversing our Chicago Switch during the brief window (10:00pm to 10:20pm EST)
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
