• Voice Services Portal - This release includes security, reliability, and usability improvements to the portal. It strengthens access control enforcement to ensure user permissions are applied consistently across all portal actions, and includes a fix to ensure voice service settings remain accurate and in sync when routing changes are made across multiple numbers. It also includes usability improvements to the portal administration experience for a more consistent and reliable workflow.
• Routing Engine - IntelePeer will be performing a network update on Session Router infrastructure in our Dallas data center to support enhanced call monitoring and diagnostics capabilities. This work is part of our ongoing commitment to improving network visibility, reliability, and operational performance. All work will be performed with full redundancy in place to ensure uninterrupted service throughout the maintenance window.
All releases and upgrades will be performed gradually across redundant segregated environments, nodes, and locations per our standard Change Management procedures. We have built in redundancy to ensure uninterrupted service—there will be active nodes, environments, and locations active at all times while the targeted nodes are upgraded. IntelePeer will always have a roll-back procedure as a standard requirement and will deploy that if there are any issues in our in-process, and post release testing.
